These Terms govern your use of Srvrsup ("we", "us", "the Service"), operated by Agyeman Enterprises. By creating an account you confirm you have read and accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a binding contract. If you use Srvrsup for an organization you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
Srvrsup provides server monitoring, health checks, backups, deployment automation and AI-assisted diagnosis. To do this you connect servers, registries and cloud accounts and may give Srvrsup credentials. You grant Srvrsup permission to use them only to perform the monitoring and the actions you configure or approve. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect each system.
Do not use Srvrsup to attack, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to any system, to connect systems you do not have the right to administer, to interfere with the Service or other customers, or to violate law. We may suspend access to stop abuse or protect the Service.
The Free plan is free. The Pro plan is a paid monthly subscription at the price shown on the pricing page, billed in advance through our payment processor and renewing automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings, Billing (billing portal); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, you keep Pro features until then, and you are not charged again. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we failed to provide the Service; if you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days. If a payment fails your account may be moved to the Free plan.
Srvrsup can restart services, deploy updates and run repairs. Automated diagnosis and remediation can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing what Srvrsup proposes or does and for keeping your own independent backups. See the Disclaimer.
You own your data. We process it as described in the Privacy Policy. You may export or delete it at any time as described there.
We work to keep Srvrsup available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we do not offer a contractual uptime commitment unless we agree one with you in writing.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agyeman Enterprises is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law of your place of residence provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms by changing the effective date above and, for material changes, notifying account holders. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
